HireAll is currently looking for a Technical Call Center Agent to join our team. This position is based at our head office in Lanseria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and pursuing upcoming tenders.
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Building strong client relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Offering tailored equipment solutions to clients.
  • Responding promptly to website inquiries and quotations.
  • Engaging in continuous learning to enhance product knowledge.
  • Reaching out to potential new clients and following up on previous inquiries.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a call center representative.
  • Experience or knowledge in the construction or plant hire industry.
  • Experience in searching for upcoming tenders is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Customer-focused attitude with a strong desire to help.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
