HireAll is currently looking for a Technical Call Center Agent to join our team. This position is based at our head office in Lanseria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing upcoming tenders.
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Building strong client relationships by understanding their needs.
- Offering tailored equipment solutions to clients.
- Responding promptly to website inquiries and quotations.
- Engaging in continuous learning to enhance product knowledge.
- Reaching out to potential new clients and following up on previous inquiries.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience as a call center representative.
- Experience or knowledge in the construction or plant hire industry.
- Experience in searching for upcoming tenders is a plus.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Customer-focused attitude with a strong desire to help.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and goal-oriented.
