Are you a young, ambitious individual ready to kickstart your career in Wealth Management? Old Mutual is offering you a unique opportunity to join the Amathuba Learnership Programme in 2025. This learnership will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable work experience while studying towards the Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification, a qualification that is accredited and FSP recognized.
What is the Amathuba Learnership Programme?
The Amathuba Learnership Programme at Old Mutual is designed to help young South Africans gain real-world experience in the financial sector. During the 12-month program, learners will:

Complete the Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification.

Receive on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced professionals.
-
Be involved in Corporate Social Investment (CSI) projects.
-
Get exposure to various financial products, legislation, and business ethics.
You will also be assigned a mentor to guide you throughout your journey and ensure you succeed in the learnership.
Requirements for Application:
To apply for the Amathuba Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

South African citizen aged between 18-30 years old.

Currently unemployed and not studying towards another qualification.
-
Not previously participated in a Wealth Management NQF Level 4 learnership.

Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 equivalent with the following marks:

English: 50% or more.
-
Official second language: 50% or more.
-
Pure Maths: 50% or more, or Maths Literacy: 50% or more.

Able to join the learnership in May 2025.

You will be asked to take online tests if you make the short list. Based on your assessment results, you will be further shortlisted to record a video interview that will be reviewed by line managers. The final shortlist will be invited for a final interview, and successful applicants will be informed by end-April 2025.
