Job Summary: We’re looking for a Junior Learner to join our team and participate in a learning program that maximizes individual and organizational development. You’ll be engaged in specific training objectives and contribute to the organization’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workplace Experience: Attend and participate in all workplace experiences to meet agreed development objectives.
- Learning & Training: Attend and participate in various training sessions designed to help you grow and meet set development objectives.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Provide support to customers and teams as needed to ensure consistent team performance.
- Administration: Carry out all required administrative tasks, including tracking, reporting, and other support duties.
Education Requirements:
- Obtain the necessary Business, Commerce, and Management Studies Certificate.
