Key Responsibilities of the Internal Account Manager

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Matric (Grade 12) is required; a tertiary qualification is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in a sales support role within the ICT Distribution industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and have strong administrative and numerical skills.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on service quality.
  • Technical Knowledge: Technologically inclined with relevant technical knowledge to support customer needs.
