Key Responsibilities of the Internal Account Manager
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service.
- Sales Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to create effective sales strategies for named accounts.
- Order Management: Generate accurate quotations, process orders, and ensure timely delivery.

Job Requirements
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) is required; a tertiary qualification is preferred.
- Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in a sales support role within the ICT Distribution industry.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and have strong administrative and numerical skills.
- Customer Focus: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on service quality.
- Technical Knowledge: Technologically inclined with relevant technical knowledge to support customer needs.
