About the Engineering Learnerships
De Beers is inviting candidates to apply for a four-year Engineering Learnership contract at their Venetia Mine in Musina. Successful applicants will participate in a structured MQA registered training program designed to qualify you as an artisan in one of the following disciplines:
- Plating – Apprentice Intake
- C&I Mechanician – Apprentice Intake
- Electrical – Apprentice Intake
- Fitting & Turning – Apprentice Intake
- Diesel – Apprentice Intake (This is the focus of this post)
Minimum Requirements for Diesel Learnership
- Education: Grade 12/Std 10 Certificate with Maths
- N2 Qualifications:
- Engineering Science
- Engineering Drawing
- Diesel Theory
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel to the training centre out of Limpopo Province.
- Successfully obtain a Red Ticket (Medical Fitness Certificate).
- Criminal Record verification and qualifications verification will be part of the process.
- Psychometric and Technical assessments.
