Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering a Sales Learnership Program for young, dynamic, and talented individuals in various regions of South Africa. Key Purpose of the Learnership Program
The learnership program is designed to help learners gain a deep understanding of the sales environment. It equips learners with essential skills in volume growth, customer order taking, and the implementation of merchandising standards for both direct and indirect customers. You'll also develop expertise in customer care and communication, contributing to your future success in the commercial world.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a learner, you will be exposed to various aspects of the sales and marketing environment, including:
- Commercial Aspects of Sales: Understanding the business side of sales and marketing.
- Customer Care & Management: Learning to manage and build strong customer relationships.
- Merchandising Standards: Gaining skills to implement and monitor merchandising strategies.
- Marketing Essentials: Learning the fundamentals of marketing within a sales context.
- Management Essentials: Basic management skills and teamwork.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum Education:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (passed with 40% or more)
- Two South African languages passed with 40%
- A Diploma or Degree is an advantage
- Driver’s License is beneficial
- Age Requirements:
- Candidates should be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be unemployed at the time of application
- Must be an Employment Equity candidate
- Candidates should not have previously completed the same qualification or learnership at another company
Program Duration & Certification
The learnership lasts for 12 months and will culminate in the National Certificate: Marketing, NQF Level 4 qualification. To complete the qualification, learners need to obtain a minimum of 120 credits.
