About the Learnership Opportunity
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering an exciting Human Resources Learnership opportunity for individuals with disabilities. The program aims to provide individuals with the chance to earn a National Certificate in Business Administration Services (NQF 3) with the Food and Beverages SETA. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract that combines formal training and structured work experience with mentoring and coaching support.
This learnership is specifically designed to accommodate people with disabilities, helping them gain valuable experience in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Complete Business Administration Learnership Programme: A blended learning approach, combining theoretical training and practical work experience.

Administrative Support: Assist throughout the year, particularly during peak business periods and when teams are on leave.

Exposure to HR Department: Gain knowledge and practical experience in human resources operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidates must fulfill the following requirements in order to be eligible for the learnership:

Grade 12: Must have a minimum of Grade 12 with Maths/Maths Literacy and English (pass rate of at least 40%).

South African Citizen: Only South African citizens will be considered.

Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 34.

Disability: Must present a valid medical record detailing their disability.

Unemployed: Candidates must be unemployed and not enrolled in any full-time studies.

No Criminal or Negative Credit Record: Candidates must not have a criminal or negative credit history.

Self-Motivated and Organized: Must demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Availability: Must be willing to attend classes on weekdays and Saturdays if required and work in a flexible environment that includes weekends and public holidays.
