Job Description:
Absa Bank is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Call Centre Agent to join their team. As a Call Centre Agent (Inbound & Outbound), your main responsibilities will be to provide excellent customer service and support while ensuring the smooth operation of our services. You will be expected to manage inbound and outbound calls, helping cardholders, branches, and merchants with relevant information, inquiries, and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-tier support by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information to customers, cardholders, branches, and merchants.
- Service Level Agreements: Ensure that all service level agreements are met through effective communication and efficient handling of calls.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to relevant controls, compliance requirements, and quality standards while executing tasks.
- Achieving Customer Satisfaction: Strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, reliable, and effective service.
Education and Qualifications:
- Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required).
