Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Bake Products: Follow recipes to prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Merchandise & Display Products: Present products according to company standards to create an appealing display.
- Maintain Hygiene & Cleanliness: Adhere to hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards in all areas, including the work floor and backup area.
- Operate and Clean Equipment: Ensure all bakery equipment is used correctly and cleaned as per company procedures. Report any defective machinery to the bakery manager.
- Complete Administration: Fill out necessary documentation like production sheets and customer orders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Baker Experience: Previous experience as a Baker is essential.
- Baker Assistants Welcome: If you’re a Baker’s Assistant looking to step up, we welcome your application.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- Customer-Focused: Keep the customer in mind at all times while baking.
- Conscientious & Accurate: Follow guidelines and standards with care.
