Available Training Disciplines:

  • Fitter and Turner
  • Millwright
  • Electrical
  • Instrument Mechanician
  • Rigging
  • Fabrication

Responsibilities as a Student Training Artisan:

  • Complete all prescribed training and program administration.
  • Safely use hand tools and power tools in daily tasks.
  • Assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment when required.
  • Complete tasks within specified timeframes as directed by supervisors.
  • Adhere to company rules, regulations, and safety standards (SHEQ).
  • Ensure tools are in good working condition and ready for inspections.
  • Perform housekeeping duties as needed to maintain a safe and clean working environment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A completed Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science or an N3 in Engineering Studies.
  • A valid driver’s license would be advantageous.
  • No prior experience required – just a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Must be a resident within 50km of Ngodwana.
  • Applicants must be 35 years or younger.
