 Necsa Group, through the Necsa Learning Academy, is offering an incredible opportunity for South African students to gain hands-on experience and improve their skills through a 24-month Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme. This initiative is aimed at students who have completed their N6 qualification at TVET Colleges and are eager to further their studies with practical experience in various technical fields.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for this WIL Programme, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Age: Between 18 and 35 years old
  • Nationality: South African citizens
  • Academic Requirement: Completed N6 qualification at a TVET College
  • Study Fields: Applicants must need practical experience to graduate in one of the following fields:
    • Electrical
    • Instrumentation
    • Fitter and Turner
    • Mechanical Fitter
    • Boilermaker
    • Welder
    • Plumber
    • Civil Engineering

In addition to the above, applicants must provide a letter from their TVET institution confirming they have completed the theoretical portion of their studies and require practical experience to graduate.

Important Notes:

  • No previous Necsa graduate programme participants: Applicants who have already participated in a Necsa graduate programme will not be considered. If this is discovered after appointment, the contract will be terminated immediately.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Successful candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail: Candidates must be analytical, detail-oriented, ambitious, and willing to learn.
