Job Purpose
The General Worker will support operational teams in meeting goals and completing tasks on time with high quality. The role involves ensuring good housekeeping and operational excellence in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Team Leader/Supervisor to achieve operational targets.
- Conduct daily inspections of designated work areas.
- Follow work instructions from supervisors to complete tasks as required.
- Help solve operational issues and report any problems to the Supervisor.
- Follow company discipline policies and procedures.
- Ensure good housekeeping and teamwork at all times.
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations in line with company and legal standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Minimum Grade 12/Matric
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the mining or a similar industry is preferred.

- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to read and write in English.
