What the Job Is About
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal staff, clients, and vendors. Your main responsibility will be to resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally while ensuring that Kura’s Service Desk processes align with ITIL standards. Skills Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience working on a Help Desk or Service Desk
- Knowledge of ITSM tools
- Strong O365 experience (user and group management)
- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Friendly and professional with good telephone manners
- Experience with Windows 10 & 11, Internet browsers, and Office 2016–O365
- Basic understanding of PC hardware setup and configuration
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Basic networking concepts
- A+ Certification
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage support tickets via the ServiceDesk tool
- Respond to queries quickly and resolve most issues at first contact
- Escalate unresolved issues to second-line support or external vendors
- Maintain SLA compliance by effectively managing call queues
- Assist users with hardware/software setup and troubleshooting
- Provide excellent customer service across all communication channels
- Ensure all IT support policies and procedures are followed
- Take part in process improvement and new support initiatives
