What Will You Do?
- Participate in both onsite and offsite training as per the Apprentice Programme.
- Attend required training hours at the training centre as specified by merSETA.
- Understand and comply with Company Policies and Health and Safety regulations.
- Engage in regular training reviews with mentors, qualified artisans, team leaders, and HR.
- Plan and organize your apprenticeship to ensure completion within the required timeframe.
- Work in various departments and be involved in different aspects of production.
- Undertake additional duties when necessary, in line with capabilities.
