What Is the Sasol Learnership Program?
The Sasol Learnership Program is a 12-month fixed-term contract designed for entry-level learners who have completed Grade 12. It blends theoretical learning with practical on-the-job experience to help learners improve their skills and prepare for the workforce.
Theoretical Component: Learn foundational knowledge in areas such as:
- Entrepreneurship
- Business Operations
- Customer Service
- Business Accounting
- Maths Literacy
- Communication Skills
- Computer Skills
Practical Component: Learners will gain hands-on experience by assisting with environmental project life cycle reviews, environmental audits, and site inspections. You’ll also help environmental officers and contribute to day-to-day departmental tasks, giving you a broad view of the role in a real-world setting.
Who Should Apply?
This learnership is ideal for individuals who have completed Grade 12 and are passionate about environmental management. If you have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, or Geography, that’s a plus, but not required.
