Job Summary: As a Junior Learnership, you will coordinate the delivery of learning and development services, ensuring that predefined objectives are met according to agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will manage administration tasks, interact with consultants, and ensure that targets are achieved. This is a full-time role with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and improving knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Management: Work with inbound and outbound consultants to meet daily quality targets.
- Skill Development: Lead weekly skills audits to improve knowledge and instill correct behaviors within the team.
- Performance Achievement: Drive the team to meet quarterly performance contracts and service level agreements.
- Coaching and Assessments: Ensure that assessments are conducted and appropriate coaching sessions are delivered to help the team improve.
- Target Adherence: Maintain high productivity and service level adherence while minimizing outbound transfers.
Required Education:
- Certificate of Further Education and Training (FETC): Education, Training, and Development (Necessary).
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead a team and meet performance targets
- Knowledge of administration and learning development processes
