The minimum requirements for jobs:

• N3 Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering for Rigger and Fitter Artisan, with 50% in Maths and Physical Science and 40% in English.
• Grade 12 in a technical field with 50% in math, 50% in science, and 40% in English.
• NCV Level 4 with 50% in math, 50% in physical science, and 40% in English.

Work experience or job history:

• Area of Expertise: Those chosen will need to sign a 4-year internship contract and will receive a stipend based on the company’s procedures.
• The applicant must be a South African citizen, or only South African citizens are eligible.
