Job Responsibilities:
As an Artisan at TWK Agri, your duties will include:- Inspecting and assessing outdoor power products (lawnmowers, chainsaws, brush cutters) for issues and defects.
- Diagnosing mechanical problems and determining the best course of action for repair.
- Performing repairs and adjustments to ensure equipment works properly.
- Conducting routine maintenance on various power equipment to prevent issues in the future.
- Testing repaired equipment to confirm proper functionality.
- Keeping detailed records of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Advising customers on how to properly maintain their outdoor equipment.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience as a service technician is preferred.
- Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot various equipment.
- Knowledge of lawnmower, chainsaw, and brush cutter maintenance and repair techniques.
- Certification in the repair of outdoor power equipment (advantageous but not required).
- the capacity to carry out physical labor and lift large objects.
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and various weather environments.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
