Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages (CCPB) is excited to announce the Disability Learnership Programme for 2025, inviting individuals living with disabilities to apply. This 12-month learnership offers valuable experience in business administration while allowing you to earn a Further Education and Training Certificate (NQF Level 4) upon successful completion.

What the Learnership Programme Offers

The Disability Learnership Programme is designed to empower people with disabilities by providing the following:

  • Theoretical and Practical Training: You will attend training sessions outside of the workplace and complete various theory components while also gaining hands-on experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Key Areas of Focus:
    • Stock and Fixed Assets Control: Gain knowledge of essential procedures for managing stock and assets.
    • Business Administration: Develop systems to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Time Management & Goal Setting: Learn to plan and organize work, set personal goals, and apply effective time management processes.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain and organize files and records efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

To apply for the Disability Learnership Program, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Completed Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
  • South African Citizen
  • Living with a disability (must provide proof of disability with a medical letter)
  • No previous work experience required
  • Good communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Computer Literate
  • Committed to learning new skills
  • Unemployed and available for the full 12-month programme

What Documents Should You Upload?

  1. Updated and Detailed CV
  2. Certified copy of your ID, no older than 3 months
  3. Certified copy of your National Senior Certificate, certified within the last 3 months
  4. Recent proof of bank details (within the past 3 months)
