Role Overview:
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for making a minimum of 100 calls each day to follow up on expired leads. Your goal is to save at least 75 deals each month by engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a desire to succeed.
Work Description
In order to save at least 75 deals a month, a buying call center agent must make at least 100 calls every day. The ideal candidate should be motivated, good at communicating and negotiating, provide great customer service, manage their time well, and have a strong work ethic.
Important Tasks Or Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100 calls each day to check in on expired leads.
- Assign leads to buyers as needed.
- Keep thorough and up-to-date records of every interaction you have in the CRM system.
- Save at least 75 deals each month.
- Offer great customer service by meeting client needs and solving issues quickly.
- Work together with buyers and management to ensure leads are managed efficiently.
- Prioritize follow-ups and enhance deal closures by reviewing leads.
Needed Skills:
- Strong speaking and writing skills.

Experience and qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Previous experience in an outbound call center is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience helping customers.
- Skills: Effective communication, both in writing and speaking, is essential. You should be comfortable negotiating and convincing customers while managing your time effectively.
- Personality Traits: A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work well within a team are key attributes we seek.

Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday: Shifts are from 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00.
- Weekends: Every second Saturday and one Sunday a month, for 5 hours from 10:00 to 14:00.
Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, with shifts from either 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00. You will also work every second Saturday and one Sunday a month for 5 hours.
