- POSITION PURPOSE: Overseeing a store team in order to meet business KPIs, such as increasing sales, controlling costs, minimizing risks and stock loss, handling administration, and guaranteeing top-notch store standards.
Position Overview:
As the Store Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, driving team performance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Sales and Customer Service: Elevate sales by maintaining world-class store standards. Your focus on customer satisfaction will uphold Pep Cell's reputation as a trusted retailer. Implement promotions and ensure your team delivers outstanding service.
Team Leadership: Lead a motivated group of team members, known as Dynamos, by fostering a positive store culture. You will be responsible for coaching, training, and developing your team to reach their full potential.
Operational Efficiency: Strive to control costs and enhance store efficiencies. Adhere to Pep Cell’s low-cost culture while managing stock levels effectively to minimize risks and stock loss.
Administrative Excellence: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in compliance with corporate policies. Your organizational skills will be key in maintaining the store’s operations.
Health and Safety Standards: Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and cleanliness within the store, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers.

- Boost sales by concentrating on world-class store standards and customer service, upholding the store's reputation, stock management, and implementing promotions.
- Maintaining a positive store culture and adhering to security protocols, stock handling guidelines, and cash handling protocols reduces stock loss.
- Increase store efficiencies to control costs in line with the company's low-cost culture.
- Make sure all administrative tasks are completed in the store in compliance with corporate policies.
- Taking charge of team performance, coaching, and training while managing a dynamic group of Dynamos.

Requirements
WORK REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of Grade 12 education.
- Familiarity with English is fundamental; extra dialects are an or more.
- A degree or certificate in business or a connected field is profitable.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail setting is ideal.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Google GSuite and Microsoft Office.
