Goal of the Job
Workplace Duties
- Establish and preserve client relationships by conducting separate and concurrent visits with corporate bankers in response to client requirements and relevant circumstances. Develop connections with internal stakeholders by participating in meetings for the purpose of organized information sharing. In line with Nedbank's corporate strategy, identify opportunities by working with corporate bankers. Participate in Nedbank Culture Building initiatives (e.g., staff surveys, etc.) to help create a culture that supports the attainment of transformation goals.
- Take part in and lend support to corporate social responsibility programs that help business strategies (like the Green Strategy) come to fruition.
- Look for ways to enhance business procedures and systems by figuring out and suggesting efficient ways to run and bringing value to Nedbank.
- Develop and uphold client relationships to expand the Nedfleet book in accordance with budgets. Introduce Nedfleet product opportunities to corporate clients in order to generate new business. Delivering fleet management solutions in accordance with business strategy and budget demonstrates product expertise. In order to guarantee that client expectations are fulfilled, monitor portfolios in accordance with credit limits and related Management Information Systems. Coordinate with the operational and administrative teams, and monitor and manage outputs in accordance with service level agreements, credit, and corporate strategy. Maintain good business relations with regulators by abiding by the applicable laws.
- Manage client relationships and involve internal stakeholders in order to find solutions and resolve operational and system challenges.
- Review the Nedbank and Business Unit Plan to ensure that the systems, processes, services, and solutions being provided are in line with the business strategy, objectives, and values.
- Determine training programs and personal career advancement based on management input and feedback.
- Ascertain that all personal development plan tasks are finished within the allotted time.
- Discuss business trends and expertise with stakeholders and the team in both official and casual settings.
- Gain support for creating new and/or improved processes (such as operational processes) that will enhance the way stakeholders' businesses operate by emphasizing the advantages of putting recommendations into practice.

- Diploma in Criminal Justice and Forensic Investigation, National Senior Certificate, Matric / Grade 12

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To qualify for this position, candidates should possess at least a Grade 12/National Senior Certificate, with a preference for those holding a diploma in Criminal Justice or Forensic Investigation. A minimum of one year of general banking experience is required. Candidates must exhibit strong administrative and analytical skills, have a solid understanding of Nedbank's guidelines, and possess excellent business writing abilities.
