Job Details
Anova Health Institute is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping people and improving their lives. We are driven by the goal of good health and a better quality of life. Our mission is to offer healthcare solutions and support to those who need it the most.
We are currently recruiting learners for our Learnership Programme for the 2024-2025 period. This 12-month programme offers learners a chance to gain both theoretical and practical experience in the workplace. Upon successful completion, learners will receive a Certificate in Business Administration at NQF Level 4.
Requirements
- Legitimately certified copy of Grade 12 certificate
- From October 2024 to September 2025, not participating in any studies
- The student may not have received funding from HWSETA in any other year between 2024 and 2025.
- People who are incapacitated are expected to introduce a clinical declaration bearing witness to the points of interest of their condition.
- The only people who will be taken into consideration are citizens of South Africa with a valid ID.
- Learners must possess strong English language communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
- Basic knowledge of computers. There will be an assessment.
- The age limit is 18 to 34 years.
You will need to complete the following goals as a learner on this program:
- Participate in the necessary training sessions, finish the competency tests, and turn in your Portfolio of Evidence.
- Show up to work to get the necessary experience.
- Send in a Portfolio of Proof
Important characteristics:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities or skills
- Be a cooperative person and ready to work under tension.
